By accessing infradefend.com or engaging InfraDefend for any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, leads, and clients.
2. Services
InfraDefend provides managed IT services, cybersecurity services (including managed SOC, penetration testing, and incident response), and compliance advisory services (including gap assessments, policy writing, and audit readiness). The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement signed by both parties. These Terms of Service govern the general relationship between you and InfraDefend.
3. Website Use
You may use infradefend.com for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website, introduce malicious code, or use the website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our website at our discretion.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on infradefend.com — including text, graphics, logos, icons, and code — is the property of InfraDefend and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission. Deliverables produced for clients under a signed engagement are governed by the terms of that engagement.
5. Confidentiality
InfraDefend treats all client information as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your business data, infrastructure details, or assessment findings to any third party without your written consent, except as required by law. Clients are similarly expected to keep details of our proprietary methodologies, tools, and pricing confidential.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website and general information are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we take reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of content on infradefend.com, we make no representation that it is complete, current, or error-free. Cybersecurity services are performed with professional care, but no security measure can guarantee absolute protection against all threats.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, InfraDefend shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from a specific engagement shall not exceed the fees paid for that engagement in the 3 months preceding the claim.
8. Payment Terms
Fees for services are as specified in your signed service agreement or SOW. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days of issue. Late payments may attract interest at 1.5% per month. InfraDefend reserves the right to suspend services in the event of non-payment after written notice.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of our website or services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
